With our vouchers, you don’t need to spend all of the face value. The outstanding amount will be carried over to your next purchase.
You will receive an email containing the ‘store credit’ in your chosen value. A lovely vintage style card and physical voucher is also mailed to you or your chosen recipient. Both the vouchers and the cards have been printed on re-cycled card.
To send the voucher directly to someone else, please choose the ‘Gift Coupons to someone else’ option at checkout and it will be emailed to their address. And if you would like the accompanying card and physical voucher to be mailed to them too, don’t forget to choose the ‘deliver to a different address?’ option at checkout and enter their postage details, making sure there is nothing else in your shopping cart that needs to be mailed to you!
We quote for 10 working days to cover ourselves during busier periods, don’t forget there are only 4 of us! Having said that we often complete orders sooner than this and if you have a special date you need the product by then please get in touch and we can see if we can squeeze you in.
We ship internationally and FedEx are our chosen parcel protectors. If you live within the United Kingdom then your postage cost is included in the product price. We use FedEx’s 24hr service and you should receive your goodies the very next day after it’s dispatched. We do employ the services of the Royal Mail for: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and some parts of Scotland. This keeps the cost down for these ‘out-of-area’ locations but can take up to 3 working days for items to be delivered. Our smaller items are also sent via Royal mail for cost reasons.
For those of you from further afield we use FedEx International. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at the checkout and depends on the weight of the products as well as your location. The location will also affect how long the products take to arrive on your doorstep, usually between 3-10 working days.
We use Sage-Pay and Paypal for our online payments. We only accept Visa Debit & Credit and MasterCard Debit & Credit. If you would rather pay over the phone please feel free to give us a call on 01837 811722.
We no longer accept Cheques (If you can remember what they are) and as much as we love being showered in hard currency, we don’t accept cash.
