The information we use and why

Name, Address and Contact Details

We will use your name and contact information for the following reasons:

  • To ship products purchased on our website
  • To send updates about your orders via email and/or text sms.
  • Fraud protection

Payment Information

All payments taken on our website are dealt with by our Payment Service Providers – Sagepay and PayPal. This means we will never see, store or handle any of your card details. Refunds are issued via the same Payment Service Provider that was used to make the purchase.

If we take an order over the phone we will require all card details, including the security/CVV Code. We then use our PayPal card machine to take the payment. This information will never be stored and will be destroyed after payment has been taken. Refunds to a card payment that was taken over the phone are handled by PayPal.

Contact and Purchase History

We will keep all conversation sent via Email, text sms, live chat and social media sites. This is to provide a higher level of customer service and support. We may also take note of and store any relevant information provided over the phone.

We keep both digital and physical copies of customer orders. This purchase history helps with our customer service and support. The customer orders do not include payment information.

Analytics

We use analytics to help paint a better picture of how customers/visitors use our site. Information including IP addresses, device type, location data, and browsing habits is used to help improve our website and shopping experience.

We will not sell or trade any of your personal details to third party companies. This is something that we have never done and will never do.
